It was both surprising and shocking 
For secondary sim, just for incoming needed. Presently in VI.
Should I port to jio and do once or twice a year monthly recharge or port to BSNL and do annual recharge. Only incoming needed. No data of outgoing needed
How much Vi cost per month? BSNL will cost 107 per 35 days. BSNL has two types of rechagre, talktime rechagre (starts with STV) and validity rechagre (starts with PV). So everyone rechagre 107, where you get both in a optimum level.
For your purpose look for 397 plan, which gives you 150 days validity.
319 & 439 plans unchanged. Probably the best choice for customers who want unlimited calls but no data

If someone makes a table comparing all operators side by side according to monthly, quarterly plans with benefits would be helpful
No mention of 201 vala plan anywhere. I need only that

FYI: These days you dont need PV as a base plan. You can directly use STV for validity (there is a minimum amount though). I did not know about this for a long time.
And 201 plan is not often listed in many of their sites - but I was still able to use it. You can probably think of as a 'hidden' plan for GP2 customers.
