Now airtel has been deactivated but bsnl not showing network.

It take sometime to activate new sim, check with the supplier
Already old Sim deactivated bro.
Now not getting any calls and no network.

How many hours it has not activated ? Last time my BSNL ported SIM got activated at around 11 am. Circle - Karnataka

Bsnl is not suitable for internet use in most places.
Get a fiber connection.
For calling its OK..
Bsnl takes time to reactivate the sim may take up to 24 hours post deactivation of SIM from previous operator. You can't do anything except waiting, BSNL is slow so you have to wait
I missed lot of calls during that time.
Finally it's activated at evening and told retailer to recharge..

Now a days, bad quality food is being served in every mess due to increased cost of raw material
I had recently ported 3 sims to BSNL. Basically BSNL takes a day longer than Jio/ Airtel. But this is not correct that the sim stays deactivated for 24 hours. Maybe some issue happened.
Also after BSNL porting is done, most retailers or shop asks to get the number verified by calling 1507. Even this is written on the card which comes with bsnl sim. But no activation was required at any point for everytime I ported. One can confirm this by calling their helpline. Tower gets activated within 1-2 hrs. Since most won't have FRC done, thats why incoming/ OG doesn't work. Calling CS and confirming that the no is activated and just doing FRC activates OG + Incoming.
BSNL Selfcare app is very nice. And I have Vi/ Airtel/ My Jio all numbers in my home and hence use their apps too. I basically didn't expect this much smooth app from a government app (pathetic railway apps and others).
