[Resolved] BSNL SelfCare not recognising my number!

Recently ported to BSNL from Vi. Call/Data/SMS all started working. But BSNL SelfCare app says to link BSNL number.
Anyone faced same issue? Need solution for the same.

Not sure about this . As I don’t use bsnl app.. anyway will check and update here..
Then where do you check ur Balance/pack details/validity/remaining data etc. etc.
App is new or updated in September October itself.
Try once to register via the site.
It might work.
Wait for few days. I did the same and couldn’t add for the initial few days .Later it worked.

Same here. Recently 10 days before, I ported to BSNL from jio. But when I'm registering my number on selfcare app, it's showing not valid BSNL number. Invalid number error coming. Please anybody guide me. But my sim is active now and everything fine but still BSNL selfcare not recognising my number and showing not valid BSNL number.
Entered mobile number is not a valid BSNL Number. Please try with a valid number. Plz help me
In my case also bsnl app says nit valid no. Visit to bsnk office didnt help. Sim is working
