And that management is in-fact already working towards it.
But they have a slightly unconventional.. or shall I say 'Murica' type approach.
The new management will 're-build' BSNL. but for that.. first they have to raze BSNL!
In far off places, where the back-seat driver (new management) does not have their own infrastructure, there 🦾they💪🏽 themselves lease BSNL's infrastructure!!
So yes, the BSNL cell-sites work just fine.. when they are leased out to the difference management's brand.

Their logo should say something like network unavailable at present try again later. Yeah.

Cannot find anything new in the logo apart from changing the colour from grey to orange and adding Indian map.
Connecting India is now Connecting Bharat.
FYI went today to BSNL office to get new sim...the staff told me not to get the new sim as service is not good.
Also want to know is FRC of ₹249/- now the minimum amount as earlier FRC ₹108/- was the minimum to activate the sim.
