broken mobile was sent

I ordered lenovo A536 with paytm. I recieved the product after 11days. To my shock it was broken. I immediately contacted paytm. I was asked to send photos of invoice , mobile,courier cover and everything. I was even asked to self courier the product to seller. After I did all these their response after 17 days was that my return request was cancelled.what the hell cheating business is this? I have proof for all these. Now I am asked to wait for 72 hrs. Guys I ordered my mobile on nov12. See the kind of reponse. Wasting my time and money every day I keep on opening my mail to these careless fellows response. Please guys dont get cheated by paytm.
