Boult Soundbar help

Hi, if anyone is using Boult Bassbox 180 can they confirm if the soundbar equalizer and bass setting always get reset after turning the power off from the switch and turning it back on after few minutes?
My soundbar is still under replacement timeframe, so please help me out
