Bought DVD's and throwed in dust bin

I bought 20 Tamil movie DVD’s titles from this website and received them from a seller called ‘Sri Ganesh Video’,SP Road,Bangalore. I happily opened the packs and checked them in my Philips HD DVD player. All of the movies were very poor quality and I can’t even watch it for 5 minutes with those pixelated boxes in your favorite hero and heroine’s faces. I quickly called the customer care and asked about listing the substandard quality of the DVD’s. He was quite a genius and asked me, “Have we mentioned anywhere in our product description that the DVD’s would be of DVD quality?.” I had to admire and reply him ‘no’ because he had a beautiful point in asking such question. There was a subtext in that which only some can understand because of the limitations of a customer support executive. He said that somebody will contact me to resolve the issue. No one contacted me for 3 weeks. So I realized that,I bought a junk in the name of Movie DVD’s from homeshop18,wasting my money and time. Finally I broke all of them and threw into the dust bin. On top of all, I received a letter from the customer care with a coupon code for Rs. 100/- which is redeemable on purchase value of above Rs.1000/- How gracious they are!!!
