so pick bonds which are "A grade and above" not below for adequate safety

People are using p2p and invoice discounting which is lot more risker than this, which is unregulated.
and I don't see any point in not investing in good yields bonds till BBB rating.
I personally investing in all these bonds(BBB and above rated bonds) from last 3 years without single issue.

Is there any difference between buying these bonds directly from secondary market and buying from these platforms? Will the bonds be reflected in the demat account if bought from these platforms?

- in secondary market, it is tough to find these bonds and understand all details like yield, rating, secured/unsecured, payment type.
- and some brokerage for purchasing these in secondary market
- other than this no difference

Can you give details on risk associated with these bonds. As these are not govt bonds right
