Planning to open BoB super saver account 20k MAB from branch to get rupay select dc. I have a few questions
1. How do I get rupay select dc at the time of opening via offline branch?
2. Can I get more than one DC with this account? I need BoB EMT DC also.

Instead of visiting branch, open account online, don't opt for physical debit card ... wait until mobile banking is activated ... then request for RuPay Select DC yourself
Avoid dealing with bullshit employees at the bank
Additional debit card if eligible will also show up in mobile banking app. I'm guessing it should allow one more DC for sure.
P.S. First take RuPay Platinum virtual DC generated from mobile banking app, then request for physical RuPay Select DC ... I've heard from some people that if you take physical DC first, you may face problem with generating virtual DC and please note down the CVV of virtual DC as it's quite difficult to access (repeatedly keeps on throwing error, especially in non-banking hours).

Someone here helped me open an account and I am sharing what I know
It works as mentioned above by @ sahil1033. Here is what I did,
1. Opened account online, did not select any DC at the time of opening account.
2. In a day or 2 after completing vkyc u can login to bobworld app and apply for select DC.
3. I have funded the account with 25k.
Since u are saying your home is away from branch this is very important:
Keep your address small, 2 lines max.
My DC was dispatched by Speedpost and the idiots at BoB do not have sense to include complete mailing address on the envelope. They cut it randomly at any place they want, so my address was truncated and only first line was present and city pin code was present. They did not even include my mobile number on the envelope.
I was tracking speedpost and it took more than 10 days to arrive from Mumbai (thanks to speedpost and trains take max 15 hours from Mumbai to my place.)
*1st day out for delivery in speedpost tracking site I was waiting for the post till EOD it did not arrive.
*2nd day address incomplete message in speedpost site. I was so furious on the postman and was like can't he call me? As I did not have his number I went to the main post office.
* There it was showing delivered. The post office people got confused and got the delivery sheet to show me. The post man had delivered it to the bank branch as address was incomplete.
*I ran to the bank and found the card there.
* The lady at the branch now started throwing tantrums. She asked my passbook I said I do not have it as account opened online and I do not want once.
* Then I showed her my aadhaar original she looked at it asked me to get a photocopy of the same! Such idiots!
* I asked why is my address incomplete on the envelope for this she had no answer.
* Then I asked why my mobile no not printed- For this she said someone can set the card pin from mobile number. After all this I had no energy to talk to that lady I thought this is what happens if u deal with dumba** people, took my card and came back!
* Since I was on leave on that day I did all these!
Now after all this, they created a autosweep deposit of 15k themselves even though their site says autosweep for balance above 50k.
And my Savings balance is 10k now after 15k autosweep, now I am wondering if they will charge non maintenance fees.
