even i got less cashback. for same transaction amount of 20777 twice, i got different cashbacks. one is correct and the other is less by 25%

Got my bob snapdeal card last week. Welcome email and WhatsApp pre approved card offer say 5% for snapdeal purchase but i Got 3.75% for snapdeal purchase and 1.25% for other spends. Contacted bob via twitter but they are not responding
2.5% rate is only upto 2000 rewards (worth 500), thereafter regular rewards. And it's not calendar month, it gets reset every statement cycle.
