You're in luck today since I exactly know what you need @gakarshit957

I too faced the same issue where I uploaded my credit card statement instead of the income proof and they then left me the same email asking for WFH Consent. I tried everything, but then kept copy pasting the same email again and again. Finally found one agent to help and he gave me an id to drop an email to. So follow the steps below, and your card will be approved within just a few days, I did this in July this year.

Subject - Necessary information regarding my Credit Card application xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx

Respected Sir/ Ma'am,

Hope you're doing well. I wanted to bring your attention towards my credit card application xxxxxxxxxxx which is currently pending with you. I am currently working with xxxxxxxxxxxxxx as xxxxxxxxxxxxxxx. While the company is located in xxxxxxxxxx, I'm currently living at my permanent address in xxxxxxxx, since this is a remote/ WFH job.
I have a strong credit history which also should help in my favour. I would then like to request you to kindly process my credit card application at your earliest convenience.

Let me know if you need any further information.

Thank you,
