BOB OneCard bill payment via HDFC EasyShop Platinum Debit Card for cashback

Unable to make the bill payment using HDFC Billpay , JioFinance App and SBI Unipay.
Getting error "invalid combination of customer parameters" on all the three.
Is it possible to make the payment and get 1% cashback upto 750 using HDFC Debit Card?

If you know, will you please tell why every other bank is migrated to billdesk but onecard is not.
Why onecard gets this special exception. Is this becoz they offer co-branded cards??
