BOB HPCL CC Reward Points Issue

I've neither been receiving the fuel surcharge, nor the reward points for most of the fuel transactions done at HPCL fuel pumps using my BOB HPCL Energie Credit Card since Aug 9. Instead of crediting 24RP per ₹150, they're crediting 2RP which is the criterial for spends on "other categories". Anyone else facing the same issue?

I recently got this card, made the first transaction on July 20 and things went smoothly. I then didn't receive the surcharge and the reward points for the 2nd and 3rd transaction, received both for the 4th and then again didn't for the 5th.

Their customer support over the call has been pathetic, so I had left them an email in the morning today.
