Urgent : Bob Hpcl cc payment issue.

I paid cc bill for bob premier today.. it went fine.
But when I tried to pay for bob hpcl, jio finance or airtel app are not fetching bill.
then I tried paying 1k through cred and it got refunded .
But i spent like 20k on it and didn't pay any till now.
Any idea what's the issue ?

A similar problem I faced. finally I tried with the cheq app. it shows success but waiting to reflect on card
I too got the same BOB HPCL card nearly 3 week ago, and paid the first amount (joining fee + gst) 2 days ago using HDFC BillPay and it worked fine.
I've seen an issue specifically with BOB. I applied for Lite Saving account couple of months ago and even after everything was delivered to me, basic transactions were failing and I wasn't even able to add it in any UPI app. Waited a few more day and it started working automatically. Similar was with this card..took me nearly a week after the activation and physical card delivery to be able to set the UPI PIN..and even till yesterday, 7 out of 9 UPI transactions that I did at stores have failed.
I think that they really take their sweet sweet time to wake up and provide such basic services.
Me paid ist bill of BOB HPCL by Groww Pay, bill was fatched and paid successfully in ist attempt 😃
Guess yesterday there was system issue. Today when I tried with JioFinance, it worked fine.
Earlier newly issued BOB cards had some issues with first payment from 3rd party apps so 1st payment had to be made from bob app itself. Don't know if this is the case but you can try paying small amount from app itself then try 3rd party apps.
