The GST component is not reversed. The rate of fuel surcharge may vary depending on the fuel station and their acquiring bank. The surcharge is levied by the acquiring bank providing the terminal to the merchant. The value of fuel transaction on charge slip will differ from the credit card statement since the fuel surcharge and GST on the same are levied by the acquiring bank after the transaction.
**First year fee reversal will reflect in the 4th bill statement from the card issuance month, provided no dues. First year fee reversal and annual fee reversal is applicable only to non-delinquent credit cardholders.

Sounds like some useless fancy $h!t, similar to HDFC's Classic, Preferred & Imperia banking. The only difference is "a visit to the branch" that provides extra health benefits like burning calories.

There is no conversion charges, if you already have Eterna card.
We already converted many BOB cards to other networks.
Maybe they by mistake charge you or also possible BOB system is not fully updated for Eterna network conversion because RuPay network is newly launch and they need to do some changes on their credit card software.
Update, Just know one person inform - I already converted my LTF Visa Eterna into LTF RuPay Eterna. New card showing in app.

BOB is applying 2499+tax as fee after card conversion. Please don't convert to rupay card.
Have written to customer care, will update if they will reverse it.
Did you get any update, did they consider it as new card? Ask them if we get welcome benefits, 10k points for 50k milestone? Also I can see the fee waiver for 25k spends in 60 days, so no need to worry much in both the cases.
