Boat Warranty Claim Process.

Sep 2022 - Bought Boat Rockerz 558 from Croma.
8/8/23 - Headphones became faulty.
Not charging, not turning on but working fine with aux.
9/8/23- filled online form to submit warranty claim. Docs needed - Bill.
Got a response that pickup will be scheduled within 2-3 days. Pickup will be done by Bluedart.
10/8/23 9 AM - Bluedart guy called and asked the route to come to my home to pick up. I was Outstation as it was mentioned 2-3 days. I said the same to Bluedart. He sent refusal OTP and I shared it.
11/8/23 - Boat sent WhatsApp message to ask whether I want to submit again.
12/8/23 9 am - I reached home and requested for pickup.
Got a response that pickup will be scheduled within 2-3 days. Pickup will be done by XpressBees.
12/8/23 2 pm - Product picked up by XpressBees.
Need to put the headphones only in a cardboard box. No need of wire/box/bill.
They bought a cover with them that had destination address.
13/8/23 - Got a message that the Product reached Service fulfilment centre. But when I tracked the courier it was in transit.
16/8/23 - Got a message that the replacement product is dispatched.
But the when I tracked the courier it was in transit.
20/8/23 - Received the replacement product.
Product is looking new. Had some paper works, charging cable, aux cable.
The best thing I love in this is that there was not even a single phone call. Also there was constant updates regarding the ticket.
I love in a Village. There is no swiggy, Zomato, Uber ,ola. The nearest Domino's is 55 Km. I doubt that they have a dark testing centre at many places.

Yes, Boat has very good after sales service.
But their products aren't durable. That's why i have stopped buying them.

Boat is a scrap selling company at very high rates/ Mrp so even if they give 90% off then also their price is high.
I must appreciate their 1 year replacement policy and smooth process

I once bought data cable for 99. It got picked up from home n got delivered again. All for ₹99. That is why I suggest everyone to pay 100 extra but buy boat wearables
