Boat Warranty claim and Status - Help

Hi, had bought BOAT rugged extra tough M-usb cable from FLIPKART, and it went bad in just 4 months, had put it up for replacement on Boat official warranty site.
This is the Xpressbees tracking number: 2385120110863
Can't really figure out what's in there, it shows the status "Delivered", well don't know whether its delivered to their warehouse OR delivered to my address (It is not delivered to me).
Timeline..
- Complaint registered on 1st jun.
- Faulty product picked up on 5th jun from my place.
Have already mailed them but no response, also unable to locate their official twitter handle.

I have claimed Warrenty for boat rockerz 400 7-8 month ago. The process was simple they picked up faultu unit and replaced with new. Again I registered warranty claim for boat bassheads 100 on 14 June 2020 picked up at 18 June by Xpressbees and delivered in Mumbai on 22nd June (they are testing earphone now). Just keep calm, you will receive your cable
My product was picked up in April, and replaced few days…took 4 months
I am unable to register claim for boAt BassHeads 100. When I select product, only service center is showing. For same product boAt BassHeads 100, Special edition like CSK, MI etc pickup address is showing
