BMS booking getting failed with ICICI Sapphiro master CC

BOGO movie ticket booking always getting failed after amount debit from CC. And BMS giving me to choose 2 option for refund.
1. refund to bms wallet. 2. Refund to CC. Its been third time this issue happened. Anyone facing same issue? how to resolve this?

i also faced this issue and reported it with ICICI as well as bookmyshow. they confirmed issue resolved after a week but it was not and finally raise it with RBI baking Ombsedum after waiting for 30 days and now waiting for some outcome.

please update after RBI ombudsman responds. This month I've not done movie booking using sapphiro CC. So I don't know if issue still exists with my cc.

I didnt face this ever on my Sapphiro MC. Try using another BMS account or use some other's card in your BMS
