bluestacks alternative
is there a lightweight, not so resource hungry alternative for bluestacks?maybe an open source one which does not keep on sending much data to its server or something?

Any online android emulator which works in all browsers in all computer/phones? means open their webiste upload the apk and use it there without installation. there used to be many and there are still are but after uploading apk file to them they dont load. looking for good and free ones.
