I'm disappointed with Blinkit's recent customer service experience. After they canceled my order, they refunded the amount as a 30-day promo code. This is unacceptable, especially considering it was their mistake.
The SMS wording implies it's a free gift, not a refund. While the amount may seem small, it's the principle that matters. What if it were a larger sum? Would they still issue the refund as a promo & impose a time limit?
Customer service has been unresponsive and refuses to rectify the issue.
From the comments, it's obvious that Blinkit is doing this for bigger order amounts (1k+) too.

I was locked in this shady practice. When my network was bad, an order was placed accidentally. As default AMAZONPAY wallet is deducted and I immediately raised cancelation request.
Bang! I got my refund in coupon worth 1999. I left in no-option other than ordering some stuff
