Blinkit delaying refund

I have ordered from blinkit on 20th november by mistake and paid via apay, I cancelled the order immediately before it was packed, they said they will issue refund in 3-5 days and you will receive it. But today total of 12 days have passed but still no trace of refund, contacted support several times but they keep on delaying. Any way to get it asap?

Recently, u snagged so many electronics from Blinkit almost for free, it’s only fair if you gift them this cash as a Christmas present! Seems like a sweet deal for both sides, no?

complain to amazon pay customer care they resolve it mostly same day

Just mail them with all the details and transaction IDs.
If possible include screenshots.
And tell them that you will be forced to go to RBI Ombudsman if the refund is not initiated asap.
