Hi,
Do we need to obtain an NOC (No Objection Certificate) if we are taking a bike with a Maharashtra (Pune) registration to Noida?
Are there any other documents required from the RTO?
Also, how long is the NOC valid for?

you need NOC if you are going to register the bike for a Noida number. if you are going to use it for short duration and then bringing the bike back, no need.

Delhi NCR police won't ask for NOC?
Only paying road tax would be fine?No change in number plate needed?

Simply connect with nearby Big Slipper buses offices ask them if they can safely deliver there.
I have used this service 2 times in slipper buses and they have very big space in back side so a bike can easily get fit.
Second is you have railway station option but that is very time taking compared to bus option.

I have seen many other state vehicles running on road in my city. I don't think that we need any NOC.
You already paid road tax for 15 years.
