I booked my order on 13 august 2012 and on 14 august 2012 due to some unavoidable financial situation I had to cancel the order.
As per your company policy published on the website, I am supposed to get the refund in 7 working days.

During this period I would have called customer service many times and logged a ticket #37644 as well for refund, wrote to so called CCO with no response. The calls are just responded by saying that it has been forwarded to back end team.

suddenly on 24 August 2012 i got a mail from from timtara that your product is shipped by DTDC courier and AWB no: is D09788426

on 30 August i got my order but when i opened the box bottom side of glass is fully broken.
i again wrote a mail to responsible person(nisha@timtara) with snapshot of damage product, but they never reply my mail
