This 1000 is MOV for free delivery... I ordered 500 and 10 rupee delivery was charged on tataneu BB.
No worries as paid through neu coins

MOV 1000 is for free delivery. 30 delivery charge for below 500 order & 10 for 500-1000 order but I was surprised with this change as most of my orders were for below 500.

It was obvious. Tata digital has lost too much money. They have planned to cut down spending.

Bbnow min order for free delivery increase to 299/- from 99/-.

Rs. 1k MOV for free delivery is too much. It should've been Rs. 600 at maximum. 😣

earlier they started this "Har Din Sasta" where you have to get 1500 min to available these low prices and now that has been removed (there but no 1500 criteria and no low prices) and they have "supersaver" where min amount has become 2500 😌

I hope they lose a lot of sales and are forced to adjust it again to a lower value

Today l have raised concern regarding this to their team on high priority  hope to  get free delivery above 250 as usual this has happened a year before and they immediately changed the policy to free shipping.. please everyone make effort to raise the issue to them

What was the mov previously?

Honestly, I don't think this is a good move. Most of their products are more expensive than what you find on other quick delivery platforms. Plus, waiting over 3 hours for delivery

Another terrible issue is we cannot order items in bulk either. Many items have maximum quantity cap and it is set too low YET they want minimum ₹1000 order value. It's trapping the customer from both ends. Why should I buy items I don't need / want !?

Ir seems Tata Neu card will be of no use soon. As Tata 1mg charges high and all sort of packing and delivery charge. So does Cliq and now BB with 1000 mov for free delivery means only food delivery remains the place for burning neu coins, but that will also change soon...

They have assigned 30 for all orders below 1k as i can see that's from 50 to 30

It is still showing free delivery to me on order above 99 on bbnow through Tata Neu, as it used to do earlier. (In gurgaon)

Am I missing anything here?

A large %ge of user base is already addicted to such platforms and they gonna pay either delivery fee or add unnecessary junk in their cart to make it ₹1000.

Only few dimers here will think to skip bigbasket... others will choose comfort over going outside.

they r now charging handling charges of ₹6 even with order value of 1000 

I have stopped ordering from bigbasket long back mainly because 

1. Cost is comparatively high , when you compare with Flipkart Jiomart or Amazon fresh

2. This one is a big concern not just for me, but for almost everyone who gets veggies fruits from bigbasket. Variable weight price. Everytime when I order from bigbasket I end up paying 20-60 re extra . For example when I order bitter guard 500gm for 50 re. They will charge 50 re during payment. But after billing they will give you 580-600gm . They can't keep differential weight within 5-10gms. I always end up paying 10 to 15 percent more for veggies and fruits during billing..

Arrogant customer care doesn't listen despite raising concern with them or even raise the same in social media platforms.

With jiomart it happens in reverse. When I order 500 gm of bitterguard. They deliver 450-480g and refund the same to my source the differential weight amount. Which is the actual ethical wy of doing business. 

These days I mostly use Flipkart for groceries. It's the least in the market for now.

For veggies use instant delivery apps or milkbasket for day today home deliveries. Stopped bigbasket a year back. Sick of complaining about their variable weight issue 

That's a very bad move, ₹250 was doable but paying ₹30 for such small order is really not worth it as one can order from swiggy or zepto instead.

Also I am seeing the prices being different on TATANeu & BB app.
