BigShoeBazaar was bad, How is Yebhi ?

good experience of buying product from yebi,

I had placed orders using 300 off on 500 coupons on Yebhi.com for Adidas & Fashion Street socks and Happily Unmarried products.

Pros:
I got deliveries in 2-3 days and the packaging was excellent. They shipped via Blue Dart which is one of the best. Loved the extreme discounts due to coupons. Products seem to be original and in brand new condition. The website is good and the range of goods is great in choice and prices.

Cons:
I bought Fashion Street assorted socks, pack of ten. They sent the same socks 2-3 times that too bad colours/designs. Seems the person packaging the order took out the decent pairs of socks and sent me the rubbish ones.

I will recommend Yebhi.com to you for buying good brands ONLY.

I will review my pending order of 3 T-shirts in a few days.

Yebhi.com has turned out to be a mixed bag to me.
But i can give Positive Review/Thumbs up for the prices that they are offering after applying Discount Coupons.
Some of my orders are canceled which i ordered on 16th of this month saying there was no stock and i am waiting for the Gift coupon that they said will be given to me instead of refund.Of course the gift coupon will be of Same value as that of the amount to be refunded.

I got shoes from them so cheap…. 2 pairs of shoes at just 250 bucks :) by using their discount vouchers but one of them was too big as per Indian size.

Bought 3 tops/t shirts at 300 only :) awesome quality loved it….

you will be lucky enough if you have everything in line ….. orders will delivered in 2-3 days in good condition……

IF by any chance if your product goes out of stock or any issue only god knows…… you have to follow up with them……. if you buy 2 items in an order and one of the item is out stock they will send the other item…… For me my last 2 orders are of the same case where in they are sending me only FILLERS i added to make the total 500/-…. not able to get the actual products ordered…… :(

@ mraj146 – I completely agree with you, I don’t trust Yebhi in any way but the lucrative discount codes they introduce always makes me excited to buy something from their site :P

I am dealing with them from june 10th only, but i am fully satisfied with their rates, discount coupons, quality & delivery.
Recently I bought 4tshirts for just rs. 548/- only. I got the items in 4days and the products were ALSO good…

BAD EXPERIENCE

i bought 2 flipper slippers from yebhi on 2th dec. worth of 99rs. each ( total 198 – 100rs. coupon = 98rs. )

Product and Service Pricing : flipper slippers which i got r not even worth of 20rs. which we get from road side , within 15 days , half of it’s printed design will be gone & then it will look terrible….

@abt size : size is always problem for yebhi…. i don’t understand which indian standards they r calculating … i order for no.5 slipper for my mom & they send slippers with 5no. written on it but it completely fits in my leg which has no.7 !!!!!! now i hve to either throw those slippers or hve to go to some1 who can cut & make it no. 5 !!!!!!

Shipping and Packaging : it’s good with blue dart

Returns and Replacement Policy : they hve written on their site that no que. ask return & full refund…. but read t&C …. if u use coupon while buying ( most of use do it ) , u will get this amount as yebhi credit , so actually u r not getting those money in ur bank account & u hve to buy their cheap products again to redem those credit….

Chance of Future Purchase : nooooooo way…. will pay 50% extra to other site or will buy from local store but not yebhi , that’s sure…..

Customer Service : pathetic or even less than that…. they don’t hve toll free no. !!!! actually while paying those 98rs. , twice amount deducted from my bank account but transection gets fail…. from 2nd-10th they even didn’t bother to either reply to my mail or refund….. on 11th i warn them in strict words with my bank account statement , they reply after 2 days saying there r looking in matter & will reply soon…. till 16th no reply , i mail them again , they reply on 18th saying that they hve initiated refund !!!!!! ( while most of sites – FB , SULEKHA refund money within 2 days for failed transection even without our complain !!! )

Website’s Ease of Use : yebhi is always slow , can’t understand y…. more overly products which r sold out , they don’t write it as sold out…. if we see any other colour than white on cart page , we hve to understand ourself that product is out of stock , what a shit !!!!!!!!

Yebhi was good for me before but now they
are worst than there old site bigshoebazaar.

Yebhi sells export surplus items…. some of them are export rejects also.

I am a regular online shopper and i have tried purchasing through different online portals and Yebhi is one of them. As of now, Yebhi has given me the best services and I found the customer support to be very polite and co-operative. My recent purchase from Yebhi.com was a pair of Puma t-shirt and denims that I wanted to gift a friend. Keeping the gifting angle in mind, I ordered it in advance and to my surprise, it was delivered within 24 hrs. I called to tell them that I am really happy with the quick delivery.
The executive told me that the order was dispatched early coz they try and deliver the products within 48 hrs. Very promising!!! The quality of apparel was really nice and I am sure Puma is never going to offer the same stuff at that cost. Yebhi helped me saved a lot of money and my friend really got happy to find his gift. I would surely recommend Yebhi to my friends. Its one of the best online shopping portal i have ever come across Keep up the good work and keep ur customers happy

i’ve placed almost 10 orders since 100 off came most of them for kid’s innerwears and necessary electronic/kitchen equipments. all came on time and was nicely packed, transactions were smooth and will keep buying from them in the near future. thanks yebhi for saving my money.
