Big Deals!!! Snapdeal cheating people

Hello Snapdeal,

I know you treat your customer so well that you cancel the order prior intimation. I also know that you are very good at your end. This is regarding my order 9176270036 for an iphone 6 plus which was placed on the big deals on Oct 15th. I was waiting for the order to be delivered on friday and the process status was shown as its just to be couriered. I dont know what is really wrong with the courier boy who failed to pick up the courier or something else, the order is cancelled without prior intimation. I recieved a message that my order is cancelled. No proper reason about that when enquired with the customer care people.

The executive told me that it is just the tracking status is not available so it is cancelled and then its out of stock. As I was not convinced with the person I asked to forward the call to a senior. The senior cant be so cool as ever, because for snapdeal I’m just one among the other customers. And of course, its my money. She placed me on hold for few mins and said their investigation team has found that there is discrepancies in my order. Their internal team has found those discrepancies from my side only when it was supposed to be delivered to courier. Does Snapdeal thinks I am an illiterate fool to accept this reason. And finally what is that discrepancy, the customercare keeps it confidential and it should not be relieved. What the hell is this? they have found discrepancy from my side and they are not stating the reason. How many times I ask them, they keep repeating the same thing, cancellation has been initiated we cannot deliver the product.

Is snapdeal cheating people to place products and then finally come back saying the order is already cancelled. Is this called big deals? Does snapdeal assumes that people are fools to make such orders wasting time? No proper reason has been conveyed. Then how can they expect us to accept the cancellation. So again the amount will be in snapdeal account and finally they want us to buy something else with higher rate.Wow what an idea. this was the answer given by the customer care. Snapdeal waste of time.fooling people.Do not buy anything from snapdeal
