Ordered some stuff from bigbasket BBNOW order marked as delivered but not delivered to me, such a pathetic website called helpline he connected with deliver agent shop owner they said we delivered parcel to you i shook from inside after this scam how BBNOW is supporting scam, and not supporting OTP bound delivery

What is nodal officer mail id
Do they provide resolution on mail ? as phone support is completely useless @HasdaChehra
Other Possibilities:
(1) Delivery boy would deliver it late (after some time), but marks it delivered early to fulfill timeline requirement
(2) Delivery boy under some confusion delivered to another residence and the recipient accepted without checking
However raise ticket for this Order in Bigbasket App, chat online, and they usually resolve it in customer's favour.
Delivery boy is not at all confused he saying I delivered to you
No I don't order regularly I order through normal mode, it looks these orders are at the mercy of delivery guy

Big Basket deliveries are managed from their own Stores, while BB Now is generally tied up with some nearby local franchisee. Franchisee may be unreliable/corrupt. However you can track the rider in the App, whether he arrived at your location or not
Ordered for 2500+ to get an additional 200 cashback.
Ordered it and they cancelled Rs. 17 worth of salt and modified the order themselves without asking me.
Order delivered, cashback gone because now order is for Rs. 2485.
Reached support, They have no clue. Even Fk > BB support.
Contact Tata neu CC support on chat or phone explain whole issue they have given me cashback even after return of product or unavailable product.
Better to go with COD.
Jiomart marked many orders of mine without delivering them ,thankfully all were COD and half of orders have went like this , pay on COD on unreliable merchants and stay safe
Never happened with Amazon or flipkart though
Actually I never faced issue with Amazon Flipkart ordered from Bigbasket normal grocery everything was fine first time ordered from bbnow and this happened, I don't place cod order my 100% orders are prepaid only, and BBNOW also not supports COD otherwise I would have taught a tough lesson to these local store scammers
Giving delivery without OTP is biggest mistake BBNOW doing many cheater stores are cheating gullible customers by marking orders as delivered

Ordered on bbnow for item paid for the but not delivered no status of order shown on app but how my hard earned money lost complained at customer car no reply when app bbnow is fraud it should be deleted from websit so many customers will not cheated
Keep calling customer care issue may get resolved after multiple confrence calls didn't placed any order on BBNOW till now after first order scammed
