I had activated this month and while activating added 1000 will I get 50 cashback?

i tried to pay electricity bill payment on  bhim upi but it failed 2 times and amount got deducted

it was showing will be refund back in 3 days but 5-6 days passed but still no refund

even cant connect with customer care
