It has been 40 days since i ordered from ElectronicsComp.com and they havent shipped yet. Even after requesting they are not refunding. Their customer care number is always busy and now they have stopped responding even to my emails .

Someone asked a question on Quora about this site being trustworthy or not. The answers are all negative and most of them have faced the same problem that you did. If this was the first time you ordered from there, you could have avoided this experience if you researched about them a bit online.
You can open dispute with Razorpay which is their payment gateway. Recently I have done that with the lot of followup and got the refund.
electronicscomp is the worst. they shipped wrong items and never replaced or refunded

oh, I have been ordering parts from them for 2-3 years. I have never faced this issue. Once they sent me the wrong product, I called them and told them the same. They shipped the correct product but I paid for shipping.
