The guy on the otherchand responded as still your payment is not realised. Earlier I used to receive reward points within a week. This time it didn't credited even after month. The customer representative making us fool by lame excuses as there system has a glitch. They even didn't care to respond on my first mail, in second mail I kept nodal officer mail I'd in a loop and swiftly recieved response.

They changed the t&c for IOCL credit card from April 20th and I too haven't received the rewards points for the transactions done after that..called the customer care yesterday, said there's some technical issue and the rewards will be credited by June 1. I'll still give them some breathing room and I'm okay even if they credit after a month on a regular basis since they give 4% on fuel and 1% on everything other UPI transaction which feels like a great deal to me.
Finally recieved response from axis Bank as sms:
Since 20-04-24, we are facing some technical issues due to which there has been a delay in crediting EDGE REWARD Points for transactions done with your INDIANOIL AXIS BANK Credit Card no. XX9963. Points will be credited to your account by 10-06-24. We regret any inconvenience caused.
Atleast they accepted the fault unless giving lame excuses
@my_trendytips_IG @neo13 Did anyone receive the EDGE rewards yet? I did on June 5, even for a few transactions which were less than ₹100, but the funny thing is that they forgot to credit the rewards for the fuel transactions, which is what the card is actually supposed to be used for. But I'm going to wait for a few more days before reaching out to the customer care. Anyone else facing the same issue?
I've received the rewards for every transaction, except the fuel ones. I'll try calling them tomorrow to raise a complaint. I've no idea what they're trying to achieve.
Now they are charging surcharge on Fuel UPI transactions. Earlier this was not there. but reward points have started crediting correctly.
You people also file a complain to RBI portal.
I have not received even a single RP on even a single transaction done since april2024. I have asked them in April then they said will be credited within 10business days. Didn't happen.
I called again and they said by 31st may it will be credited, didn't happen again. Then I asked again after that date and they said (for which I received a sms also) will be credited by 6june and that didn't happen either.
Then I asked again and again I was given 10business days deadline. Didn't happen again and then I was given 31st July when points will be credited which again didn't happen. And now they are saying 11august.
I've made an account here just to make people aware of axis bank's prohibitive practices and prevent you from making same mistake, of getting axis cc, as me.
I asked whether I can cancel my cc without lapsing my points and they refused. So there you go. I'm stuck with them paying their annual fees till I get my points back because I have substantial points pending.
I reached around 8k points, waiting to be completed 10k and boom, I will cancel my card immediately before I got charged, axis sucks
