Guys need one help.
I booked one vistara premium economy voucher with a guy. But due to some issues the flight was cancelled and itinerary was moved to another flight.
I was moved to economy as well. After complaint to the airlines the airlines refunded the premium economy voucher. Now the guy from whom I bought the voucher is neither ready to book on behalf of that voucher nor ready to pay for that voucher. He is just saying to refund 1k stating this could be settled with now.
Even though the voucher has a validity of 6 month. He is denying me the usage of the same. And saying I should have used it at the time of vouchers generation which is quite bizzare . when the voucher is having 6 months validity, I'm entitled to that voucher usage in between the validity period.

you should honour what was agreed. Do resolve this, @silentOBSERVER might have some plans to travel.
Let me make this clear. I booked the Vistara flight using PE voucher for your passenger and 1 of the 8 slots were occupied (which couldn't be deleted for the next 1 year). The deal was complete. The passenger flew the flight but was downgraded by the airline. The airline decided to refund the voucher to my account. I offered to book a new flight for the SAME passenger for FREE (excluding the taxes and convenience fee) as the nominee slot was given to that passenger. I gave you plenty of time to book the flight. You decided not to book and now asking for a refund of the voucher after the airlines merged. You want to monitize the voucher by booking it for a new passenger. That's not how it works. I have refunded you the difference amount between economy and PE vouchers. That's a fair resolution.
I won't be able to do anything further in this regard. This is my final stand. I offered the voucher for free but you wanted to use it for another passenger even though you knew that the voucher is linked to the nominee slot (given to you).
You are saying that it came to your account so it belongs to you. You are saying that it's vistara voucher and not air india so you won't allow to book. When the voucher is converted to air india then I'll be using it on air india only. Where will I find vistara flight .
What's your point of grabbing that voucher?

Don't trade with this kind of guys who don't take ownership of voucher end to end.

In my opinion the ownership of the voucher is totally belongs to him to as get against the initial change in class from PE to Eco, As you sold these vouchers to him & you get the eco just because of his effort that he complained against the airline & somehow win the PE voucher, in the mean time he didnt book any ticket in past but it can be booked now without any hassle... As you got this voucher doesn't mean that the voucher ownership is yours, i know vistara account nominees is limited to only 8 nominees but the thing has changed after the merger, one can need only name of the passenger to book the flight against the user...
I was kind enough to send followup emails to Vistara to get the refund for you.

What claim do you have on something which was issued against my pnr .
A travel agent doesn't own the refund of the passenger if the refund was done by the airlines for some mishap. The refund belongs to the passenger and not the travel agent who booked the ticket. You just booked the ticket. So you don't have any claim on the voucher.
You want to use the refunded voucher for your personal usage then you should pay me the amount or you should allow me to use it.
