I don't have utility bills any way to pay cc bills or bank transfer?
Why even take it in amapay pay balance ,if paid via card or UPI tell them to reverse it in original source
Actually amazon cc wants to deposit it on apay. Moreover, a lot of people are unaware of this money-stuck thing, they are just glad that they got a refund. Then, later they realise that money is getting stuck on amazon. I've seen this numerous times in real life.
Bhai just do self transfer in your bank account.
After acquiring Emvantage, Amazon rebranded it/ merged it to form what today is the Amazon Pay (India) Private Limited.
Eventually the Amazon Pay wallet in India got bifurcated into the conventional 'Gifts and Credits' (gift cards)
and the Stored Value Account (SVA).. which colloquially gets referred to as 'Amazon money' account.
In so far as I know, only with Amazon Money/ SVA .. there are restrictions of compliance with RBI guidelines for semi-closed wallets.
Whereas for the classic 'Gifts and Credits' component, Amazon is free to do what it wants, without too many compliance issues.
In so far as I know, unless the source of funds is/was the SVA/money part of Amazon Pay..
all refunds which go to the 'Amazon Pay balance'.. go in the 'Gifts and Credits' section.
I am not too up-to-date on it, but in so far as I recollect..
Amazon is not in a hurry to implement wallet interoperability or to provide the default 'transfer to bank' option for 'Gifts and Credits'.. just yet.
I have complete idea about Amazon structure. So I know what @Deal_Breaker_ is asking about & what he wants .. Such Gv wallet balance can't be transferred to bank or any account
No chance of transferring wallet balance received in the form of gift voucher. When Amazon credits any cashback then that is received in the form of gift voucher . Actually that amount can't be transferred
Sometimes the issue is too critical but actually so simple.
