I am planning to buy a flat.. I need to transfer 1 Cr to owner.. what is the best way???

Both words can be understood differently. No one is going to accept Amazon GV atleast for amounts larger than Rs 1 lac and definitely not for such a big amount of 1 cr.
Simply pay by check or card . And some by cash if black or unaccounted money in hand🤓
