I have around 32k idfc rewards and I want to redeem all rewards in a single transaction to avoid redemption charges multiple times . Is this possible to redeem all 32k points against Apay voucher within a single transaction?

[edited - this comment is for credit card and not for DC] yes you can do in a single transaction as max limit of Amazon shopping voucher is 10k... for 32k points you will get 8k Amazon shopping voucher and 99+GST = 116.82Rs as redemption charges posted to your statement.. last year they had Amazon Gift Card but now only shopping voucher 😌

In a single redemption request, you can redeem only 20k points (worth 5k vouchers). There is no other way here. Many banks have started this practice allowing limited points redemptions to earn from redemption charges. Eg. AU CC rewards, Federal CC rewards.
