I’ve around 6000 points in my HDFC regalia credit card. Which redemption gives me maximum gains. Cash or vouchers or products ???

rate is 2850 RP for 1k gv.
but unless and untill you’re changing your card or the RP are expiring don’t redeem them now. due to the ₹118 redemption fee. gather some more RP and than redeem.

If you have travel plans in near future, you can redeem it for points. You get valueback of 0.5 per reward point. But only 70% of the bill amount can be paid with points.
