Best way to pay fees to USA university

I need to pay 9 lakhs to university. money is in my account. I want to know if there will be any charges or how can I avoid or any loop holes. anyone done it? pls let me know.

Goto your bank and do a wire transfer (instead of alternative routes). Atleast the money flow will be documented.

Get done from your bank, else if the university has tie-up with flywire, use flywire. Their charges are reasonable compared to banks.
