Best way to pay electricity bill of 1Lac

Almost all the cards have stopped rewarding for Utility payment except for a few. 

I use HDFC Neu, SBI Aurum, and Axis Ace in alternate months for my bill above 1 Lac (HDFC has put in restriction now with 1% charge). 

I heard that HSBC has no restrictions on points on Utility payments
