Move to Spain, fall in love with a Spaniard, and let your new in-laws critique your grammar over every family dinner.

Hola, amigo!

I started learning Spanish with Duolingo.

Very effective! Until I temporarily gave up(years ago, will pick it back up stuck_out_tongue_winking_eye).

For what purpose are you learning the language?

Maybe check out Rosetta Stone.

Check out the Udemy threads - there are free courses titled 'Use ChatGPT to learn a new language'. But I'm not sure how well it works.

For conversational Espanol, it will be better to interact more and more with locals.

Do both that the language is pretty localised in former colonies.

Even within Spain, there are regional dialects,

but definitely the versions spoken in Central American and South American countries is totally different.

If one is ready to take short or medium term off-line courses, then the consulates too have some suggestions.

For on-line learning, apart from the trialware resources, like I said
one can connect with native speakers on Airchat, Fanbase, Clubhouse type applications too.

Of-course now that the pandemic is over, these apps have less people, but still the vibrant communities or regular sessions with native speakers are still possible.. without any judgement, without any commitment.

If one's grasping is above average and one's dedication is near hundred percent.. then even sitting through (listening in as audience) in rooms, interactions where poetry recital or live music is happening.. one can learn a lot.

For formal learning, it is better to take paid courses with off-line, on-line platforms with sincere, yet patient teachers.

If in or near Goa, then picking up on Portuguese from professional teachers there, can also be a good stepping stone towards learning Espanol.
Likewise If in or near Puducherry.

(Espanol, Portuguese are sister languages.)

Better to start with tube videos & free online. Once you pickup vocabulary and forming simple sentences,  then you need someone to speak spanish ( This is where professional institutes shine as there will be a group and each member bring their own vocabulary and sentences to converse).
