They frequently give very good offers but these are sold out very soon and then they have to cancel the orders – however other sites refund your money but they offer discount coupons/products in lieu.
New experience (4Nov11) – This is mentioned on their website – “If you are calling from outside Mumbai, call us and ask us to call you back.”
I called and they flatly refused to call back – CC agent Vineeta. Reducing one star from Customer service.:evil:
(01 Dec)They have started to cancel the orders by saying out of stock – this is not done – while ordering in stock is shown – they have stopped calling as well before cancelling – now just send mails – reducing another star.:evil:
All my recent deliveries have very bad packing – they have just placed the product in a packet and shipped. Reducing 1 star(10.12.11)
