Best site to be CHEATED

Delivered used and defective item after a long wait and after I requested for return or refund on same day, they made me wait for 24 hrs, then weeks and then after a month they mailed that nothing is possible since its been a month!!! Seriously ?? its been more than two months till now that I am holding defective Carlton London boots to throw at Jabong !! Consumer helpline is also useless they will do the same thing of sending mails to the company as any one can do and after wasting a good amount of time they suggest to file a case in Consumer court!! which takes years to solve the issue!Thus it is concluded, a customer is a big giant fool in India! pathetic
