Best shopping site but Amazon Transport Service is Worst !

Most useful site for purchase, but sometimes wrong products sold by sellers! Amazon Transport Service is worst many times ATS agents call you stating delivery and ask near by land mark of address , it's already written though they ask details ! If you are a regular costumer then also you face this issue some times , here you have to get your order delivered on regular basis without calling you as a SMS alert already sent by Amazon itself ! Once this month few days back I have faced issue with ATS service , As my order returned by this worst fellows of ATS stating refused delivery ! When I asked they told we called you and your phone is switched off so we return if no answer , This is Shocking ! So I order regularly but happened this few days back ! So ATS working persons are all of no knowledge and worst behaviour , So I have raised a complaint against ATS , still waiting for resolution ! Amazon best for Shopping but worst in ATS order delivery ! I am a Prime Member Faced this Issue , if a non prime member face this issue then they won't raise complaint as well ! So over all 3 Stars for Shopping !
