Unfortunately I saw your comment AFTER i posted my comment below.
Else I would have hosted it DIRECTLY under your comment.
Been on this drag of a Skype con-call and out of irritation due to the blocked nose, chest.. eating icecream (self harm mode.. level 7 activated).
If the posts were not showing 'under moderation', could have switched, edited comments.
Mamra variety is far less synthesised.
Mamra thus retains much much more oils and stuff (in comparison to _____).

Since you used the adjective 'best'.. both in your title .. AND your post
I chose to reply.
If you wish, you can look up what 'mamra badam' (mamra almonds) are.
It is a variety.
You are free to draw your own conclusions thereafter.
I have already drawn (my own conclusions) and choose not to feed my family with synthesised, chemically treated भूसा/ hay... as far as I can control that scenario.
One hurdle in procuring 'mamra' though is that Iran, Afghanistan, Kashmir aren't exactly the size of Jupiter.
They are not only smaller (as compared to rest of the places where GMO almonds are grown), but perennially HEAVILY militarised, having conflicts, wars.
Thus mamra production happens in barely 4-5% of the total land in use for almond cultivation worldwide.
The 'hurdle' that I spoke of😛 is that I am not THAT rich, non-miserly to not bother about the prices.
While the (synthesised, chemically treated) घास/ भूसा/ usual almonds (that have 20-25% less oils on an average) cost hardly anything..
good quality mamra almonds (which have limited land area for cultivation, can suffer crop failure, weather damage) is often either hard to find or priced REALLY high.
Luckily large parts of Kashmir where mamra (variety) is cultivated.. is under complete control of India💙, thus some mamra is cheaper.
The Afghani ones available here are even more costly and in retail shops.. at-least I have not really seen Iranian mamra here (in India).
'California almonds' is a generic description of the bhoosa. Just like how Agra ka petha, Mysore paak can be made ANYwhere in the world, California almonds is just a naming convention.
Sadly, those (so called normal) almonds can sometimes have even 40%-50% less oils than the best, freshest 'mamra' almonds.
All the chemical processing and even genetically modified nature of these.. make them more 'marketable' though.
Again, I am not marketing anything here.
Just like beganpally, totapari, dushehri, haapus, langda, chosa are varieties of mangoes..
'namra' is a variety of almond.
(We typically purchase it off-line and from select places only, hence unfortunately I cannnot really answer your query with a 'go to xyz dot com and buy item number# ABCD1234.)

I’ve tried Happilo, Tata Sampann, Tulsi Rozana and maybe a few more but the one product which has consistently maintained the same quality is TULSI CALIFORNIA ALMONDS.

+1. However in the last sale the seller sent the Rozana Value variety instead of the superior Rozana unlike the previous orders. Still the refund was processed quickly. The Value variety is similar to Happilo Essentials maybe marginally better.

Go to offline wholesale market and buy always loose almonds, which is always better than these so called cheap branded products.

Tata brand or if you are in a tier 1 city buy from a shop which sell dry fruits only. They would be expensive than Tata.

Quality of any branded dry fruits are not worthy of their prices bro, whether it it tata or bata

Go with happilo California green packet
