Some news about jio/Airtel will start charging for 5g from second half of 2024. So you will save around 250*5 = 1250 in 5 month with a 5g phone if your area have 5g. Assuming 394 plan of jio vs 650 plan.
Now if you find a best 4g phone 1500 cheaper than this amount from the best 5g phone then go for 4g else 5g

Get something from redmi. If the os is stable at present or during one of the future updates, never update your phone after that.
Can easily get stable performance for 3-5 years.
