I don't think Amazon pay ICICI has lounge access.
Other two aren't lifetime free( milestones don't count as lifetime free)

You will hardly get shopping cashback and lounge access both on ltf credit card. Better to have 2-3 credit cards then.
Suggesting few ltf cards for lounge access
Ixigo Au credit card
Federal scapia credit card (seems on hold)
IDFC select / wealth
