Best flagship killer brand who listens to customers

I think best thing about oneplus is that they listens to community forum and they try to add as much as possible to next smartphone. Now they have started launching in <35k range since 1+7 which is really good. Brief overview of the brand in my perspective:

Positive points in general:
1. Best performance, phone easily lasts 3-4 years.
2. Fast updates and no ads.
3. Useful features of flagship are offered at good pricing.

Negatives:
1. in photography it is okay but in video it lacks with big margin from flagships.
2. no headphone jack to use your favorite headphone for old times sake.
