Best Credit Card for Utility Bill Payments

Could any one please suggest credit cards with unlimited cashback of 5 percent on specifically "Utility bill payments "? Or any debit card with 5 percent cashback ?
I am aware of below cards
Axis ace - but discontinued
Axis Free charge plus - applied but rejected .
Tata neu infinity - not eligible but got Tata ney plus ( currently using)
As far as i am aware only above cards are giving 5 percent unlimited cashback on utility bill payments.
Anu suggestions would be appreciated. Thanks

They applied through GPAY or offline?
even offline its available for Axis account holders; chk with bank , should be visible under eligible cards in their system
but they may block card if u use it for huge bills frequently

Axis Ace as the 5% cashback doesn't have any capping

@bikidas2060 Airtel axis Bank check on what place the transaction was made on ,it doesn't matter on whose Airtel thanks app you can do on any thanks app ,because cashback is provided by axis Bank and not by airtel so you can use any airtel app
For Standard chartered and Citibank... I beleive they also offer 5% cashback.. but from where we have to pay to ensure cashback?

There is lots of changes now day, recently which card is providing unlimited cash back, like axis ace card but now capping there so please suggest which card can be use for unlimited cashback on bill payment
I too tried for axis ace card and the axis bank credit cards support section has informed that the card is permanently discontinued and will be given only for selected axis bank customers
I too want to know which card is better after ace card
1. Axis Ace - Not discounted. Many received it very recently.
2. Airtel Axis - Through Airtel thanks app.
