If only you need it once for lounge access buy from trading section around 200-400..
Note - I'm also one of the people who sells lounge access but I'm on higher side

Even if you are ready to pay any fee that does not mean bank will approve that credit card for you for sure. Get rupay select debit card from a psu bank which also has free international lounge access.
