Best credit card for AWS, Google Clould, E2E

I have around 10K bills of AWS and 10K of Google Cloud. I am looking at the best credit card to reduce my cloud bills.
Do you have any suggestions?
In the past, I used SBI Cashback (it was my favourite). Although this no longer gives me 5% cashback on AWS, it does give me cashback on Google Cloud.
I have used Yes Reserv. They claim 3% for online spending, but it's not actually giving 3%.
I have IDFC First Wealth, and they give 2.5% if I cross 30K but my bill doesn't cross 2.5%.
I heard HDFC business credit cards are the best. but I don't have it.

It is https://docs.aws.amazon.com/awsaccountbilling/latest/aboutv2/manage-cc.html not a service they operate out of India, thus AWS offering the option to pay using the Indian Amazon Pay wallet would entail hell lot of legal compliances, contracts with its multiple subsidiaries in India.
Unlikely for AWS to do so in the near future too.

You need to hit higher thresholds on HDFC biz cards to get benefits. Does aws have amazon wallet option ? if so, buying agv and paying is the only way.
