2.5%? Which card ...the best offline card I heard is axis ace which is 1.5%
if looking for UPI spends offline. then kiwi is best for 5% cb if u can spend 1.5 lakh in a year or default cb of 2%. Can DM for referral.
1) does it require Federal Bank savings account to be opened for CB to be transferred?
2) once you cross 1.5L transactions in UPI per year, say 2L for the first year, is the 5% applicable on whole 2L or 1.5-2L?
3) Again the 5% is only via Neon Subscription right? which is 999+plus (free at the moment for 1yr if card issued by this year end) - even if it gets charged, final CB% after charges comes to 4.2% which is still way better than other current cards I believe

Axis Ace is really the ace here. Unlike others that are restricted to categories (grocery, restaurants, medical, hotel) Ace is 1.5% cashback across the board. A lot of the suggestions are reward points based CCs (including TataNeu cards and their NeuCoins). Kiwi is RuPay UPI and my experience with RuPay UPI has been bad.
would u explain ur experience with rupay
AXIS Horizon card gives 2% for all transactions, 5% for Airlines. 2 International airport lounge access per calendar quarter
