Hi all,
I had Citibank salary account for 16+ years and now from best customer care bank, their services are going to worst customer service bank Axis bank. I already received Axis Priority Bank cheques and stuff, but I don't want to use Axis for my salary account.
Other option available with my employer are:
ICICI
HDFC
DBS
Standard Chartered
IDFC
Which of these will you recommend to a fellow typical dimer who is always on the lookout for best offers and ways to save every little paisa? Please provide your recommendations. Thanks!

Go for the ICICI for lots of pre-approved offers and best services.
HDFC is also quite similar, but they aren't matching with the ICICI. The main benefit here is their Platinum Debit Card for 1% CB upto 750 Rs per month for CC Bill payment.
If you want to have the Citi like experience, then go with the SC. Being Premier Member, they will give you many benefits.
Go with ICICI
You will find many benefits when you need
Hands down HDFC. Free HDFC easyshop Platinum Debit Card. 1% cashback for credit card bill pay. Free Classic Banking on zero balance Depending on your salary. And come on we are taking about HDFC here. For past 3 years since I'm using this, I never had to connect to customer care for anything ever. It just works 👍🏼
SBI appears to be overall great value proposition. It has unlimited free DD which other banks don't offer for entry level salary account.
